The 2008 Nissan Rogue is a stylish crossover that provides comfort and convenience for those who do not need a large amount of utility. The Rogue offers a long travel suspension that smoothes out the roads imperfections and is stable at higher speeds. The 2008 Rogue has a 2.5L four-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower, and receives 21 22 MPG city and 27 MPG highway for the FWD model and 21 MPG city and 26 MPG highway for the AWD model.  

The Rogue is available in four trims: S, S AWD, SL and SL AWD. The S and S AWD are the same except for their drivetrains and come standard with 16-inch steel wheels, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, air-conditioning, full power accessories, keyless entry, and a four speak stereo with CD player and auxiliary audio jack. The SL model offers 17-inch alloy wheels, rood rails, tinted windows and a height adjustable driver seat standard, and the SL Premium Package includes foglights, steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, a fold down passenger seat, trip computer, and a seven-speaker Bose stereo with in dash six CD change, MP3 capability and satellite radio. The SL AWD Premium package includes those features and adds xenon headlights, keyless ignition, steering wheel mounted audio controls and Bluetooth.
