Since its launch, OnStar has performed more than 346 million subscriber interactions assisting in countless emergency situations, including childbirth, rescues from remote locations and directed hundreds of thousands of drivers to safety during hurricanes and severe storms.

OnStar advisors respond to more than 20,000 emergency situations a month, where customers receive priority connection to specially trained Advisors prepared for emergencies and to stay on the line until help arrives.
