2009 Chevrolet Traverse

The 2009 Chevrolet Traverse, the ultimate family crossover with seating for eight, is available in three trim levels. The base LS which starts at $28,990, the LT which starts at $31,545 and the LTZ which starts at $39,810. There are also two V6 engine choices, one puts out 281 horsepower and 253 pound feet of torque, as a single exhaust and can be found powering the LS and LT models. The other engine has 288 horsepower and 270 pound feet of torque. Exterior features include a deep set grille with chrome-ringed trim, turn signals integrated in the outside mirrors, a rear spoiler over the liftgate window and a panoramic sunroof. Inside, the Traverse with available navigation system, is at the upper-center position, and seating for seven or eight adults, including two front bucket seats and a 60/40 second row bench seat or two second row captains chair and 60/40 third row bench seat.

The 2011 Chevrolet Cruze will make its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The compact sedan has coupe-like design proportions, midsize-like interior and trunk space, and great fuel efficiency. The Cruze will be powered with an optional 1.4L Turbo engine which is optional and is expected to deliver better fuel economy. The Cruze will be offered in base, LS, LT, and LTZ models. The Cruze’s design has a bold “face: and arching roofline that gives this sedan a sporty, coupe-like look. The front has large headlamp housings which wrap around the corners and sweep upwards. The interior has a Corvette inspired twin cockpit motif with high quality materials. In addition to the 1.4L Turbo the Cruze will also be offered with a 1.8L four-cylinder engine with dual continuously variable camshafts that gets an estimated 138 horsepower.

It is sold worldwide, but in the United States it comes with a signature grille and other modifications that identify it as a Chevrolet. Just shy of thirteen feet long, the Aveo has tidy dimensions for parking and 91 cubic feet of passenger volume. With the seats folded down the cargo space is more than forty-two cubic feet. The base LS model starts at $12,780 and includes: side air bags, tire-pressure monitoring, power steering, rear window defogger/wiper/washer and an AM-FM radio. The standard transmission is a five-speed manual and comes with a new 106-horsepower, 1.6 liter four cylinder engine. With the manual transmission you can expect to get twenty-seven MPG city and thirty-four MPG highway, and with the automatic transmission you can expect to get twenty-five MPG city and thirty-four MPG highway. The top of the line is the 2LT model which starts at $16,180 and includes antilock brakes, power windows, remote locking, heated outside power mirrors, fog lights, XM satellite radio, and driver information display.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro Pricing

The new 2010 Chevrolet Camaro will be available early 2009. The base V6 model in the 1LS trim will start at $22,245 and has a 300-horsepower six-speed manual transmission. Higher level packages on V6 also include the 1LT and 2LT. The 1LT starts at $23,880 and has fog lamps and floor mats. The 2LT has all the features of the 1LT as well as an upgraded stereo, Bluetooth wireless phone connectivity, USB port, four auxiliary gauges and heated leather seats. This model will start at $26,580. The SS model starts at $30,245 and comes with a 422 horsepower V8 engine in manual transmission. The 1SS trim has interior equipment that is similar to the 1LT V6 model but comes with the V8 engine. The top Camaro package is the 2SS, which includes all of the same interior equipment as the 2LT but with the V8 engine. Auctions: 2010 Chevy Camaro SS

The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS was actioned on eBay as a fundraiser for the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and sold for $73,000.

The Camaro SS will sell for $30,995 when General Motors Corp. begins production early next year. The high-performance Camaro will be the third to come off the assembly line.

The Camaro will have a V8 engine and six-speed manual transmission.

The V6 LS version of the Camaro will have a starting price of $22,995.
